#6 Style Editor

For user interface customisations the user should be
able to edit there style.css file so that they can set
things like colours, fonts, link styles etc when they
are using CLO.

The style.cgi is already in place to get the
personalised styles but an editor needs to be written
which will hide the CSS complexities from the users of
the system.
