a beta release

Hi,

With the recent progress in build failure elimination on various platforms,
I've made a beta release at
  https://haible.de/bruno/gnu/clisp-2.49.50.tar.bz2

You can give it out to testers, on the condition to remind them that
  - It's a not a full release, but rather a work-in-progress towards a
    release.
  - They must configure with --enable-portability.
  - Report all problems to this mailing list, so that we can fix them.
