CLISP comes with termcap 1.3 which is used only on cygwin32.
the question is: is it still necessary?
I would think that by now cygwin is good enough.
Can a cygwin user (read: Perter Burwood :-) check whether CLISP can use
the ncurses/termcap that come with cygwin?

The only intuitive interface is the nipple. The rest has to be learned.
