No

I'm using 2.33 from the dowload page on OS/X 10.2.8

OS/X does not have mknod p(ipe), mkfifo seems to work
for EXT:make-xterm-io-stream in reploop.lisp -

changing
(shell (format nil "rm -f ~a; mknod ~a p; ~

to
(shell (format nil "rm -f ~a; mkfifo ~a; ~

I am not on OS lawyer, But the man pages on a Gentoo
system, say POSIX considers mknod unportable?

thank you for your bug report.
the bug has been fixed in the CVS tree.
you can either wait for the next release (recommended)
or check out the current CVS tree (see http://clisp.cons.org\)
and build CLISP from the sources (be advised that between
releases the CVS tree is very unstable and may not even build
    on your platform).
