#211 namestring's second arg is non-compliant

No

CLISP namestring accepts a second argument
which translates the first argument into
an external format for OS and other programs.
this is non-compliant.
OTOH, TRANSLATE-PATHNAME is specified
to accept key-word arguments for
implementation extensions.
I ssuggest that this functionality is moved from
NAMESTRING to TRANSLATE-PATHNAME.

Bruno, unless you speak up, I will check in the
    TRANSLATE-PATHNAME patch.

thank you for your bug report.
the bug has been fixed in the CVS tree.
you can either wait for the next release (recommended)
or check out the current CVS tree (see http://clisp.cons.org\)
and build CLISP from the sources (be advised that between
releases the CVS tree is very unstable and may not even build
    on your platform).
