[Clirr-devel] Change Clirr's License to ASL2

Hi,

I'd like to change Clirr's license from LGPL to Apache License Version 2.

I would still hold the copyright, just like today, and for the same 
reason: I don't want to hunt down every contributor if there should ever 
be a third version of the ASL.

As you other guys are all committers on one or more Apache project, I 
assume that this is a very welcome improvement, but please speak up if 
you have any concern about this change.
