[Clirr-devel] About to commit new project structure

Hi guys,

I'm about to commit the multiproject changes we have been discussing. 
The current status has been tagged BEFORE_GOING_MULTIPROJECT.

There are a few things left to work out (web site structure, release 
process, etc.), but I guess it will be easier to solve if you have the 
new tree available, so I'll commit now and we can dicuss/change later.
