Hi,

Here's a patch that modifies MethodSetCheck.java to add a test to see
whether any method has been deprecated (or undeprecated) between the
baseline and current versions.

Unfortunately the patch files include changes that are part of earlier
patches I have submitted which have not yet been committed to CVS. I
hope the diffs which are actually relevant to *this* patch are
obvious...
