There isn't a specific source package for creating a library on linux. Just take whatever steps you'd normally use for creating a library (using all of the CLIPS source files other than main.c).

same as me im practicing on CLIPS programs.im making some programs over CLIPS.and i luv it.
its way cool ahm im using freeBSD then i have my CLIPS on…..way cool im making programs on UNIX using my CLIPS….great…just install it…
