#1 Missing help doc page

Click on CLIPS::EnvironmentObject hyperlink leads to clipsmm/clipsmm-0.1.0-doc/clipsmm-0.1.0/doc/reference/html/rule_8cpp-source.html#l00070.
Same problem encountered online. Document not found which is referring to rule_8cpp-source.html.
