#4 Auto paste selection

Change the hotkey to Ctrl-Shift-V to mirror a normal paste and automatically paste the cache selection instead of just putting it into the clipboard and requiring another keystroke combination to paste.

Just to clarify, Ctrl-Shift-V would bring up the cached clipboard and selecting an item from the clipboard would paste it into the document. This would streamline the process.
