Spamming CTRL+C makes the popup icon layer infinitely.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Copy some text content
2. Copy it again
3. And again
4. ...
5. And again

Expected behavior
Popup icons to stop layering when copying more than twice in two seconds.
