#1 savedbuffer* location

A customizable savedbuffer* location. For example, I
would choose to put mine in C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\%USERPROFILE%\APPLICATION
SETTINGS\CLIPCONTROL, or even to a folder on a
mapped drive. I would do this to somewhat secure the
contents of the clear-text savedbuffer* files.
