When you Cut (Ctrl X) a file, and Paste it to a different location, the
original file should be deleted.
However, when Clipcomrade is running as a process in the background, this is
not the case.
Try it.

is running
Not sure if I getting you. Some explanation maybe?
Open the other folder, right click, and choose Paste.
Notice, how the first folder is still on the desktop, and a copy has been
made in the current folder.
Exit Clipcomrade so it is not a process running in the background.
Repeat steps 1-3.
Now folder one has been properly "moved" off the desktop into the current
folder.

When Clipcomrade is running Cut and Past acts like Copy and Paste. I am

Here's how to recreate the problem.
Create two new folders on your desktop.
Right click on one of the folders and choose Cut.
Open the other folder, right click, and choose Paste.
Notice, how the first folder is still on the desktop, and a copy has been
made in the current folder.
Exit Clipcomrade so it is not a process running in the background.
Repeat steps 1-3.
Now folder one has been properly "moved" off the desktop into the current
folder.
