DownloadClipboard Viewer .NET allows viewing current content of the Windows clipboard. In case of an image or text content users can view the content as picture respectively as text (RTF/HTML).

Yes it is clipboard viewer, but not only you will be able to view your clipboard, it opens port for incoming connections.
