I have ClipAngel on my disk since many years. Still I don't use it always.
What I miss is:
- the possibility to stop/start monitoring the clipboard:
1) a "toggle" icon in the main window AND
2) using a general hotkey
- a "toggle" icon in the main window to enable/disable the function "Always on Top"
- the possibility to copy the text to clipboard clicking on the clip (Not pasting, only copying it to clipboard)
I'm not sure if I already asked this years ago.
(I'm using ClipAngel 1.88)
Everything you miss was always here right behind your eyes.
Thanks for your reply.
Sorry, one thing I haven't seen. The hotkey to switch on/off hotkey monitoring. Thanks.
All the other things I've seen.
1) I "hided" the editor window. The "On-Top" toggle icon I would like to see above the left window.
2) There is no "Monitoring clipboard" toggle icon above the left window. I don't want to click the Window menu every time.
3) There is no "Copy to clipboard" toggle icon. I don't want to right click every time on every clip or use the "Ctrl-C" hotkey every time. It's an extra step. Just would like to double click a clip to send it to the clipboard.

1-2 I have no plans to change UI concept for those who want very small window. Try Ditto or ClipDiary.
3. I will think about this mode
1-2 That's what I did these years. I still have ClipAngel on my disk hoping these things will change.
3. Thanks.
I still have ClipAngel on my disk and update to every new version. I think it is the best clipboard program in terms of potential, but I have noticed that a number of things do not make sense (for me).
I use my Clip Manager for certain tasks (eg programming) and I want to copy certain things but not everything. So I constantly go from non-monitoring to monitoring to non-monitoring. Etc.
Almost always On-Top (but as small as possible so that it does not disturb). (Btw...That's why I can't see the On-Top toggle icon above the editor window).
The "paste in window" is a nice option (and should definitely be saved) but I often noticed that I forget to activate the correct window or I don't have my mouse at the right position. It often bothers me more than it helps me.
So I prefer to work with "copy to clipboard" (but not every time using ctrl-c and then ctrl-v. --> Double click to clipboard).
Most importantly, I want to thank you for creating this software.

1.89 Added setting "Don's send paste to target window"
Thank you!! It seems to work fine.
The reaction on a double click is a bit slow but maybe it depends on my pc.
ps: Can I ask you if it is possible to remove the green background behind the clips?
