#58 Support clip order organization

1. User could change the order of clips items in favourite and has it is in fixed order (no change order after use).
2. User could also change the order of folder and any nested item (if ticket #57 is implemented).

I know it seems to be hard as all item in favourite items share the same display with normal clips. May be separated them will be good idea. (Inspiration could see from Clipdiary's snippet feautures: http://clipdiary.com/img/snippets.png)
