Yep but the details are slightly different, I've compared the texts, so here it is the one from the settings' ok button:
Try to delete your settings file. You find it in path shown in "Application user settings path" setting. Filename="Settings.settings"
If it will not help try run app in portable mode (ClipAngelPortable.bat).
