It really annoys me that the clip window opens every time the app is started. I'd like the app to start with the clip windows minimised to tray. My apologies if there's already an option to do this. If there is, can someone please tell me where it is?

Suddenly you can find answer in file "readme.txt".
Also you can use "Filter" field in "Settings" window and enter "start" and find autostart setting.
