ClinStudyWeb / News: Recent posts

The purpose of the newly created ClinStudyWeb project is to develop a distributable database system for tracking clinical study data in a disease-agnostic fashion. The system is designed to integrate those clinical data with high-throughput genomic technologies such as gene expression or genotyping microarrays. To facilitate communication between clinical centres, ClinStudyWeb defines new XML-based data exchange formats representing the core patient clinical data, and the semantic framework in which it resides. We have made an initial release of the underlying code base available in the project's SourceForge SVN repository.
