Still: Server answer: ko file not writable

    I get this erros wen debug.

    ClickHeat debug: Rollover to close

    Click recorded at /clickheat/click.php with the following parameters:
    x = 443 (443px from left + 0px of horizontal scrolling)
    y = 356 (356px from top + 0px of vertical scrolling)
    width = 1147
    browser = msie
    click = 1
    site = xxxxx
    group = xxxxxxx
    Server answer: KO, file no writable

    directories config, log, and files click.php and config.php  are rwx.

    Why does he replay ko file? What file is he trying to write?

    Can anyone help?

    PS- also alredy tried to remove the (http://www.domain) from the script and only leave "/clickheat/js/clickheat.js". Same problem when debug.

    It's an issue when writing the file on the disk, and permissions prevent from writing.

    You should try to remove the /clickheat/logs/ directory. Or to set it to 0777 permissions. This is mostly when PHP user isn't the same as the FTP one.

    Thank you i've done so, and saw that problem was on logs file.(flopen line 95 off click.php)
    Also user was apache??? (on group folder inside logs folder) instad of my user.

    Changed the logs file.
    1st Removed and than have uploaded again folder, with new (all) permissions and it changed user (automatacly?? - not apache, but myself) any way, it seens to be working.
