[Clewn] Running clewn at Win XP

Hello,

I've successfully complied clewn with cygwin at Win XP but I've
started clewn but it is waiting a long time on start with this
message:
"guessing level,please wait..."

netbeans support of gvim is already integrated.

What can I do?
