Clearcase for Java / News: Recent posts

Provides a Java API for the Clearcase version control system. This API uses 'cleartool' executable for all platforms at the moment.

Most of the work to refactor has been done. Since it was a major rework and no pre-existing unit tests I cannot guarantee that the old functionality will be the same. I need help testing the API.
