#6 Searching option by tags or text

The option quantity becomes too large to find easily a needed option.
It will be great to have the possibility to search options by tags or titles/descriptions.
As I think of it: Above the options htere is a field. When I type for instance "font" to the field all the options that configure fonts should be displayed
