#137 DocTitle is mixed with last name space used

Using -DocTitle will set the title, but the title will begin with the last namsespace found :/

i.e.

PS U:\> Convert-HelpToHtmlTree -NameSpaces "*" -TargetDir "C:\Users\Public\Documents\DEMO PoSH API" -DocTitle "DEMO PoSH API"
