I've completed my own informal survey of AJAX classes on sourceforge. I have to say that I was quite impressed at the thought to combining XSLT with with AJAX. When I first saw that 2 request were being made, I was puzzled until I figured out that you were grabbing a style to transform on the first call. Neat!
I will say that the zero docs and zero in-code comments does not bode well for the popularity of this project. I think if you put some docs together, especially with examples, that you'll find more people embracing your work.
