#21 Plugin does not initialize in linux if files owned by root

The one true unix way is to have executable files owned by root and run by some ther user. So when eclipse and plugins are all owned by root and protected from writing by other users, the plugin does not initialize.

As soon as I changed file ownership of the plugin to the running user it stared working.

The plugin should not write to it's installation directory or to eclipse's installation directory.

Thank you for an otherwise great piece of software.
