#20 Eclipse hangs when scanning some projects

Eclipse hangs when classpath helper scans projects under a location that contains spaces.

I believe this is due to a bug in classpathhelper.eclipse.jdt.listener plugin, in EclipseProjectHelper.getProjectRoot(IProject project) method that converts spaces to '%20'

The attached patch appears to resolve this issue
