No

I would like to see the addition of the control-shift shortcut modifier to allow me to start apps in Administrator mode, just like the default start menu does. This includes the Run... prompt, control-shift-enter starts the typed command as Administrator. Control-shift-left click on an item in the menu starts it as Administrator. :)

The Run box is not part of the Start menu. Classic Start Menu is just one of the many ways to access the Windows Run box just as it can be accessed from the Windows Start menu. Launching shortcuts as admin using Ctrl+Shift is already there, didn't you try it? : )

What he said. Ctrl+Shift+Click and Ctrl+Shift+Enter already work in the start menu. Also works in the search box (which is kind of like the run box).
The actual Run box on the other hand is a system component and I don't have control over it.
