#284 [Feature request] Integrate PortableApps menu (NOT the PA app itself, just the menu of programs) into Classic Start Menu

When using the PortableApps program, the user has to remember which program has to be started from where: user/system programs from the start menu, portable apps from run dialog or portable apps platform app.

This is definitely not CSM's fault and obviously neither PA have thought about CSM integration (iirc, PA is a bit older than CSM)

This is a kind request to integrate the list of programs from PA into a special menu/link inside the the CSM menu. Bonus if these programs would be searchable with the CSM search field.

The PA appears to be opensource so there's a chance a fair amount of effort to be saved from re-writing an algorithm to read the menu by reusing their existing code.

The PA menu would lovely fit below "Programs" and Windows 8/10 "Apps" menus as a third "PortableApps" or "Portable" menu.
