Please add a "create new text file" button in the Explorer Quick Bar. It's SO useful for developers!!! Thanks!

Create a custom item with this command:
cmd /c type NUL > "New Text Document.txt"

Custom items does not appair in the Explorer Quick Bar but in another bar...
