#277 Move project away from sourceforge

As SF now enforces all projects to use a drive-by installer for Windows [1], I strongly recommend you to move the project to another site, e.G. Github.

1. Luckily, Sourceforge only 'encourage' bundling drive-by crapware yet, they don't force everyone to bundle it.
