it is actually no possible to hide context menu items when clicking right the start button (items open user, open all users...)
On my computer the key [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]\ NoTrayContextMenu is set to 1
Normal windows 7 start menu do not display the context menu when right click (right click context menu are also disbled in the taskbar and date/time zone) , but Classic shell start menu ignore this setting.
It's possible to add this choice for the next release? Thanks.
The latest version 3.3.0 has an option to hide the Explorer-related items from all context menus. This includes the Start button menu, and when right-clicking on items in the menu.
