Pretty much as the subject line suggests, would be nice to be able to disable the Win7 start menu (permanently or once, perhaps), then be able to use ctrl-esc to open Classic Shall start menu. All shortcuts, no mouse ... perfect!

By default Ctrl+Esc should open the Classic Start Menu. Isn't that the case for you? Play with the options in the Controls tab of the settings to change which menu opens.

The menu which opens by just the Win key is the same one which opens with Ctrl-Esc.
