Well, yeah, but there are thousands of themes out there. You can't expect me
to make a start menu skin for every theme, do you? :)
Besides, I'm a programmer. I'm not very handy with Photoshop either. It takes
great effort on my part to do the graphical design.
Maybe once Classic Shell becomes more popular, the people that make Windows
themes will also create a matching start menu skin. They must already have the
right combination of artistic skills and knowledge of resource files. Also
unlike creating a Windows theme, the skin process is well documented and
supported.

You have to edit the skin file, no way around it. Edit the bitmap to change
the background color. Edit the text to change the text color. Be careful not
to mess up the alpha channel, or you'll get opaque menu.
You'll have to wait for the next version to see the user name.

No, there is no such skin. You have to make one yourself. Start by reading the
tutorial: http://classicshell.sourceforge.net/skintutorial.html
You can move the recent items below the contents of the Start Menu folder. Set
RecentItemsTop=0 in the StartMenu.ini file.
thnx........
but is very difficult to make your own theme i know nothing about image
editors like photoshop,gimp etc
