Do the v2.9.3 of Classic **Explorer ** include the new feature of a search
box?
Or the search box is only in the start menu?

The search is only for the start menu. It is designed to search a very
specific list of directories. This is not a general "search for documents,
pictures, programs, websites, emails, contacts, my car keys, etc" search.

toClassicExplorer?
Basic search incluing a serach by file, extension, size

No, sorry. Searching for files is not easy to do well. And besides there are
already quite a few search utilities out there, some even free.

Well good news for you. Now the latest public beta version of Classic Shell which is available from the home page has full Windows Search integration, including document search. Try it if you are interested.
