    One feature for Classic Shell which would be enormously useful would be a replacement for the Windows 3.1 Program Manager or any system which allows you to group program icons into various categories, such as utilities, music and sound etc. I have been able to use the old Progman.exe for this purpose with a little tinkering up to the last XP I had, but I cannot get this to work on Windows 7 as it says it is incompatible. The only software I know which achieves the grouping of icons is Windows Fences but this takes up a lot of memory. I hope this could be considered for a development of Classic Shell

    Classic Shell is not that classic :)
    I suggest you use Fences. I don't believe it would take that much memory to make a difference on a modern PC.
