#200 Classic Shell taskbar icon shows on top of some full screen programs

I have Classic Shell installed on my new Windows 8 Pro operating system. I also installed an old copy of the game "Lemonade Tycoon" on the same computer. The default state of Lemonade Tycoon is full screen. When I ran the game, it played just fine, but the taskbar icon for Classic Shell showed in the bottom left hand corner of the game screen over the full screen game. However, it should be noted that when I played a full screen version of Plants vrs Zombies (the game of the year Steam version), I did not see the behavior in question. It appears that the issue of the Classic Shell icon showing over full screen apps does not occur in all full screen programs.

Hm, I downloaded a trial from here: http://www.shockwave.com/gamelanding/lemonade.jsp
and I can't reproduce the problem (in a 32-bit Windows 8 virtual machine).
    Is it the same game?

The game in question is Lemonade Tycoon 2 v. 1.1.45 by JamDat Mobile. However, it should be noted that I uninstalled and reinstalled the toolbar, and now the error won't reappear for me either. The machine I am running it on is Windows 8 64 bit.

I can reproduce the bug every time with the game Fallout Tactics.

I can replicate this consistently by running DOSBox in fullscreen with the output mode set to surface.

As above, I can reproduce in dosbox fullscreen, though it disappears and reappears every so often. If it matters, I'm running windows 3.1 under the latest version of dosbox using a brand-new full install (not upgrade) of windows 8 Pro with a configuration created for a previous version of dosbox.
