#198 Error in Launcher size after shift (alt+TAB) program with less resolution

When shift between program with resolution lower that desktop, the size of launcher follow the lower resolution like app, and the launcher show floating in desktop.
My desktop have resolution 1680x1050, when i play the game World of Warcraft in full screen with resolution 1440x900 after i push the Windows Key to open Classic Shell, the launcher size stay with the game resolution, and less than desktop resolution, soo launcher floats in desktop like in this photo.
