I was looking for such option under "Open." It should create a shortcut folders (should be called "Open Folder").
I think there is a bug in the command "Open." Please check.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Enter in the "Command:" field of a custom command: open shell:MyComputerFolder.
Oh, thank you.
How am I supposed to know that?!

I don't understand - what is the bug?
It suppose to enable select a folder in "command".
I didn't succeed to create a Folder shortcut in ToolBar.
even in paste "path" between < >
you do not put the path between <>. you replace <folder name=""> with the path. for example:
open E:\test
Ah. I used open "C:\Program Files" --> not works.
Enable ""
What about the selection via [...] box?
the [...] button is for picking executables (just like in the Win+R box). The primary purpose of the command setting is to execute a command.
I understand.
I was mistaken and did not know how to do it.
Do what you think so that others do not make a mistake, and know how to do it.
