#2 config window labels - don't fit

The config window shouldn't use fixed-width columns,
because the labels overflow if the font is larger.
Leaving the columns to pick their own size is usually
the best idea... (use the EXPAND/FILL options
appropriately).

(Also, this will simplify any i18n work later - foreign
language text can also be longer.)
