Problem:
Unsure if this is indeed a problem or intended behaviour. When checkmarking a directory (that is a leaf node in the directory tree) with no JAR files in it, a black dot replaces the leaf node.

Steps to reproduce:
- Create a directory with no jar files in it.
- Start Class Finder
- Select Scan->Scan Directories
- Click on the "Add Location" button and in the
resulting dialog box, select your directory with no
jar files.
- In the "Find Directories" panel, click on the lowest
level directory (i.e., the leaf node in the
directory tree). A black dot replaces the leaf node.
