#11 Import code from changes

I have had many instances where one guy would make
changes, and forget to save the .cbd file. But when I
would get the files from source control, the code would
be in the source, but not in Classbuilder.

It would be great if this code that was generated by
another cbd file (same project), would be loaded from
the source files into the current cbd file.

The Classbuilder identifiers are in the files, just not in
the cbd, could classbuilder generated code be loaded on
initialization, and we would be presented with a choice
of which functions to import.
