#45 TIMESTAMP mapping onto SQL not implemented

Need to add timestamp support to SQL. i.e. accept form:

Stamp STRING(8),NAME('stamp')
Stamp_Group GROUP,OVER(Stamp)
Datestamp DATE
Timestamp TIME
END

Also ensure that references to <prefix>:datestamp work
