Apache has a limitation on sending more than 2GB of data.

The solution is to use a different web server to serve
requests. Currently cherokee
(http://www.alobbs.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=cherokee&file=index)
is being investigated.

Clarens needs to be abstracted to work with different
message back-ends.

Mark as a feature request, as this is not within Clarens,
    but in Apache itself.
