#75 Can't always edit server/certificate mapping

1) Start the webstart client
2) Remove any default certificate settings in the
certificate manager
3) Add a new server, but don't specify a certificate to
use for the connection
4) Connect to the server using the right-click context
menu in the server list. The connection will fail.
5) Use the right-click context menu in the server list
to set the certificate to use for the connection

Expected results: The 'Edit Server' entry is accesible
and lets the user associate a certificate with this server

Observed results: The 'Edit Server' entry is greyed
out and can not be used.
