#73 Use bug system

Ahsan,

Please use this bug tracking system to notify us of
updates to the code. Change the "Resolution" field of
a bug to "Fixed" when you think you've made a fix and
checked the code into monotone. Frank or I will verify
that it is fixed and change the status to "Closed".

Please change the status of this bug to fixed once
you've read this. :)

I'm re-opening this bug because I want to change the way we
use the status and resolution fields slightly.

Once you fix a bug, or add more information on a bug, change
the status to 'pending'. If you fix the bug, then also
change the resolution to 'fixed'. This will make it easier
for us to see the pending changes in the web page summary.

Once the status is changed to 'pending' then we'll read the
comments and provide additional information on the bug.

Please mark this bug as 'fixed' and 'pending' once you've
read it, or add additional comments if you need more
clarification.
