#64 duplicate message windows (one error)

If I connect to a file service which I am not allowed
to I get an window with an error and at the same time a
window that asks me if I want to open it in a new
window or in the current one.

You need to give an error first and if there is more
than zero selected servers that does not give an error
prompt the user with the the second dialog, otherwise
do not show it.
