How is this activated? I tried browsing to
http://julian.dnsalias.net:8080/clarens/data/DC04 and then
tried saving the file DST...mu by right clicking on the
filename and choosing "Save". Instead of prompting me for
the location where I wanted to save the file, it just
downloaded the file and then showed a dialog that read
"File/s Downloaded to File_Service_Output Directory".
