ClanServ 2.1.0 released

New version of ClanServ has been just released.

The 2.1.0 is a more improved version than 1.9.x branch and offers channel protection, war manager has been dropped at this time and will be readded in new version.

2.1.0 release is followed also by the latest interface for KVIrc (v0.9.0) and mIRC (v0.9.3) clients. If you intend to use ClanServ 2.1.0 make sure you download the latest version of ClanServ interface for your favorite IRC client.

2.1.0 is a huge code change and I'm currently working on the documentation for ClanServ that would describe all the new features and control in detail.
